These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.colordesign.bg, the submission of enquiries and the commissioning of advertising, design and production services from Color DESIGN.

1.1. The website presents Color DESIGN’s activities in advertising, graphic design, the manufacture of advertising signs and 3D letters, branding, CNC services, plexiglass and metal products, and other made-to-order solutions.
1.2. These Terms apply insofar as they do not conflict with mandatory provisions of applicable law. Where a customer qualifies as a consumer under the law, their statutory rights remain unaffected.
1.3. The specific terms of each order — price, quantity, materials, dimensions, deadlines, delivery and installation — are set out in an individual quotation, contract, order confirmation or other written document accepted by the parties.

3. Website Information and Enquiries
3.1. Photos, examples, visualisations and descriptions on the website are provided for information purposes. They may show illustrative solutions and do not necessarily represent products with identical specifications that are available for immediate sale.
3.2. The information on the website does not in itself constitute a binding offer to manufacture a specific product, unless expressly stated otherwise.
3.3. Customers may submit an enquiry through the contact form, by email, by telephone or through another published channel. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically confirm an order.
3.4. Once the requirements have been clarified, Color DESIGN may send an individual quotation. The order is considered accepted in accordance with the quotation terms and the parties’ express confirmation.
4. Quotations, Prices and Payment
4.1. The price is determined individually according to the type and scope of work, dimensions, materials, manufacturing method, design complexity, required installation and other characteristics of the order.
4.2. The quotation specifies the applicable prices, taxes, additional costs and payment terms. Where relevant, it states whether transport and installation are included in the price.
4.3. The quotation’s validity, acceptance deadline, payment method and any advance payment are specified in the quotation or contract.
4.4. Production begins once the agreed preliminary conditions have been met, including order confirmation, design approval and receipt of the agreed advance payment, where required.
4.5. Additional work, materials or changes not included in the original quotation are carried out only after the scope, price and timeframe have been agreed in advance.
4.6. Payments are made using the method specified in the individual quotation or contract and are documented in accordance with applicable law.
5. Design, Approval and Technical Specifications
5.1. Where an order includes design, visualisation, prepress preparation or a technical drawing, the materials are submitted to the customer for approval when specified in the quotation or required for execution.
5.2. Customers should carefully check all text, logos, images, colours, dimensions and other specifications submitted for approval.
5.3. Changes requested after written approval may result in additional costs and an extended timeframe. Such changes must be agreed in advance.
5.4. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the text, dimensions, files, logos and other materials they provide, and for having the right to provide them for use.
5.5. Permissible technical variations may arise from the characteristics of materials, manufacturing processes, printing, lighting or installation. Where applicable, key specifications and acceptable tolerances are agreed in advance.
6. Made-to-Order Production
6.1. For products made to custom dimensions, a design or a technical specification, the customer must provide the necessary information and approve the specifications before production begins.
6.2. Once production has begun, changes may be made following consultation with Color DESIGN and an assessment of their impact on price and timeframe.
6.3. If an order is changed or cancelled, the parties will settle the work completed to date, specially purchased materials and other costs actually incurred in accordance with the contract and applicable law.
6.4. These Terms do not remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal.
7. Deadlines, Delivery and Installation
7.1. The completion timeframe is agreed individually and may depend on design approval, material availability, production workload and access to the delivery or installation site.
7.2. Where performance depends on information, materials, permits or actions from the customer, these must be provided within the agreed timeframes. Any resulting schedule changes will be agreed between the parties.
7.3. Delivery, transport costs, handover arrangements and installation are specified in the individual quotation or contract.
7.4. If installation requires site access, a power supply, a prepared surface, permission from the owner or a competent authority, or any other prerequisite, the parties’ responsibilities will be clarified before work begins.
7.5. On receipt, the customer should check the product for visible discrepancies and transport damage and notify Color DESIGN promptly. This does not limit their statutory rights in respect of hidden defects or non-conformity.
8. Withdrawal, Cancellation and Consumer Rights
8.1. The terms for withdrawing from or cancelling a specific order are governed by the individual contract or quotation and applicable law.
8.2. For distance contracts concluded with consumers, statutory rules on pre-contractual information and the right of withdrawal apply where relevant.
8.3. For goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, the law may provide an exception to the right of withdrawal. Whether it applies depends on the specific contract and the nature of the product.
8.4. Service contracts are subject to the relevant statutory rules, including requirements for the consumer’s express request where performance is to begin before the withdrawal period expires.
8.5. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be restricted.
9. Quality, Complaints and Warranties
9.1. Color DESIGN aims to fulfil orders in accordance with approved designs, agreed technical specifications and applicable quality requirements.
9.2. Customers may submit a complaint to reklama@colordesign.bg or through another agreed channel, stating the order details and describing the issue and, where possible, providing photos or other evidence.
9.3. Complaints are handled within the time limits and according to the procedures set out in applicable law or the contract.
9.4. Where an order involves the sale of goods to a consumer, statutory rights and guarantees of conformity apply. Any additional commercial warranty offered is governed separately.
9.5. If a problem results from inaccurate information, files or instructions supplied and approved by the customer, the parties will discuss possible corrections and related costs without affecting mandatory statutory rights.
10. Copyright and Materials
10.1. Website content, including text, images, graphics, design and other materials, is protected by applicable law where the relevant legal requirements for protection are met.
10.2. Design files, visualisations and other creative materials produced to order may be used by the customer within the agreed scope. Any transfer or licence of usage rights is set out in the individual quotation or contract.
10.3. The customer warrants that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use any logos, images, text, fonts and other materials they provide for the purposes of the order.
10.4. Completed projects may be used in Color DESIGN’s portfolio, advertising or social media in compliance with applicable rights and the terms agreed with the customer.
11. Personal Data and Cookies
11.1. Personal data provided when submitting an enquiry or placing an order is processed for communication, preparing quotations, performing contracts and complying with legal obligations, where applicable.
11.2. Detailed information about data categories, processing purposes and legal bases, retention periods and individuals’ rights should be provided in a separate Privacy Policy.
11.3. Information about the use of cookies and similar technologies should be provided in a separate Cookie Policy and through the website’s relevant settings where required.
12. External Links and Website Availability
12.1. The website may contain links to external websites and social networks. The terms and policies of the respective operators apply when visiting them.
12.2. Color DESIGN makes reasonable efforts to maintain the website, but temporary interruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond the company’s control.

13.1. Customers may contact Color DESIGN by telephone at 0884 611 994 or by email at reklama@colordesign.bg, describing the issue and providing the details of the relevant order.
13.2. The parties will endeavour to resolve disputes through negotiation and good-faith communication.
13.3. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, either party may use the remedies available under applicable law. Consumers may contact the competent authorities or an applicable alternative dispute resolution body where the relevant conditions are met.
14. Amendments to these Terms and Conditions
14.1. Color DESIGN may update these Terms and Conditions in response to changes in its business, the website or applicable law.
14.2. The current version is published at www.colordesign.bg with the date of the latest update.
14.3. Amendments do not automatically affect contracts already concluded, unless permitted by law or expressly agreed by the parties.
15. Governing Law and Final Provisions

15.2. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this does not automatically invalidate the remaining provisions.
